On the other hand, Ottawa police warned that truck drivers who continue their protests could be arrested.
The nationwide protests that started against the pandemic restrictions are entering their second week.
Arguing that road closures and illegal demonstrations are "unacceptable", Trudeau said, "They negatively affect businesses and manufacturers."
